The Team
|
Joseph Marquette is the founder and President of Accellis Technology Group. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Joe has gathered extensive experience in the IT field by serving as the Chief Technology Officer for a large Internet company, Vice-President of Consulting services for a national technology consulting firm, President of a regional technology firm, and now founder of Accellis Technology Group. During his professional career, he has been responsible for the implementation of a wide range of enterprise business applications for organizations across the country. Now, as a Certified Consultant for Time Matters® and Amicus Attorney®, Joe has assembled a team of skilled legal technology experts that provide a comprehensive suite of software, networking, training and support to law firms and professional service organizations across the country.

Larry Horvat is responsible for the delivery of all client services, including Software, Networking, Document Management and Accounting services. Larry ensures seamless delivery of services and focuses on maintaining client satisfaction. He has over 10 years of Network Administration / Engineering experience and has managed over 250 projects and over $10 million in hardware, equipment and services. He has an extensive knowledge of Barracuda® Archivers / Spam Filters, Sonicwall® Firewalls, several external / third-party spam filters, has performed several Microsoft® Exchange installs and migrations, completed 50+ complete network rollouts from scratch, completed 100+ server installations, and 100+ software projects including data conversion, migrations, integration, customization, training & support, etc. Larry is capable and knowledgeable in cloud computing, disaster recovery, IT and data security, IT budgeting and forecasting, paperless technologies, and has served as the primary contact for all of Accellis' Managed Services Clients for nearly ten years.

As a Software Consultant, Colleen assists attorneys and legal professionals in improving workflow and creating efficiencies throughout their firm. She provides installation, customization and technical support for Time Matters®, Amicus Attorney®, NetDocuments and Clio. Prior to becoming a Software Consultant, she gained experience in the legal industry through her work for a consumer protection agency and for a national deposition and litigation organization. Colleen has a Bachelor’s of Science from Bowling Green State University.

A Network Engineer for Accellis since 2007, Matthew has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute. He provides installation, configuration and support for networking systems including: Windows® Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and various Linux-based operating systems. Matthew also provides support and installation of Barracuda® and SonicWall® devices for network and data security.

As a Network Engineer for Accellis, David specializes in the N-able® IT network monitoring and management platform. He is responsible for configuring the complex alerting system that allows Accellis to proactively monitor the performance of each client environment. Dave has over 4 years of Network Administration / Engineering experience and has successfully completed over 20 server installations as well as numerous network migrations and implementations. He has extensive knowledge in Windows® Server 2000, 2003, and 2008; Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010; Windows 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7, and Symantec® Backup Exec and Antivirus software. He is also skilled in all versions of Microsoft® Office as well as SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008. David has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute.

Derek is a Network Engineer and is also a Certified Consultant for Amicus Attorney® with Accellis. He has extensive experience in working with Windows XP, Vista, and 7 as well as supporting Windows Server 2000, 2003, and 2008; Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010; Symantec Backup Exec and Endpoint Protection. Derek is also skilled in computer programming and coding. He has a Bachelor’s of Information Systems and Technology from Cleveland State University. Prior to Accellis, Derek was a Network Engineer at a firm that specialized in remote support of firms across the nation.

As a Network Engineer and Help Desk contact for Accellis Technology Group, Jason is highly experienced and knowledgeable in troubleshooting network and software systems. His specialties include Windows 2K, XP, Vista, 7, Adobe products; Lotus Notes, McAfee 8.5i, Microsoft Office XP, 2003, 2007, 2010, Norton Ghost, SCCM, Anti-virus and Spyware removal, Symantec Backup Exec, Citrix Server. Jason holds a Bachelor’s from Cleveland State University in Information Systems & Technology and is also CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certified.

Abbie manages the day-to-day operations at Accellis Technology Group including the Human Resources, client invoicing, accounts payable and bookkeeping functions. She also manages the firm’s Marketing & Communications including print, online and email communications, social media, Web content, training, and promotional events. Abbie has a Bachelor’s of Arts from Baldwin-Wallace College in Marketing and Human Resources.

As the Client Development Manager, Michael manages all new and existing business opportunities while ensuring a well-coordinated implementation effort and ensuring client satisfaction for all of Accellis’ products and services. He is highly experienced with Worldox®, Time Matters®, Amicus Attorney® and the N-able® IT network management platform. Michael has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Akron and will be pursuing his Master of Applied Politics. He received the President’s Education Award for outstanding academic achievement in 2002, graduated magna cum laude in 2010, and also co-owns and operates a small real estate investment company.
