Network Engineer / Consultant

We are looking to add high-quality talent to our Network consulting staff at our Garfield Heights office. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of network design, development, implementation and management services for our clients including, but not limited to, Server Environments, Client Desktop Environments and Network Infrastructure.

Specific skills / experience requirements include:  

  •  4-5 years (minimum) experience working as a technology consultant or internal technology resource
  • Familiar with networking technologies including: Windows 2003 / 2000 Server including Active Directory, Windows Exchange Server, TCP/IP DNS, DHCP, WINS, RAS, VPN, PPTP, SMTP, POP3, Terminal Services including Citrix, Cisco Products, WAN/LAN Concepts
  • Windows Desktop Environments
  • Experience supporting/trouble-shooting business applications
  • Ability to manage other internal resources
  • Comfortable in a small firm environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with every level of client and project management
  • Four year college degree (Technical)
  • Reliable transportation and clear driving record

 Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordination and delivery of network design, development, implementation and management services for our clients
  • Researching and recommending Hardware/Software solutions and developing associated written proposals
  • Act as the primary support contact for specific applications / business solutions and emergency support
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure a well-coordinated sales and implementation effort for other Accellis products and services
  • Provide verbal and written communication with the highest level of professionalism
