Managed Network Services Monitoring & Reporting 

Client Technical Summary Report

Each month, clients receive a series of reports regarding the performance and availability of all monitored systems, as well as all work performed over the course of the month. These reports are tailored to the organization’s specific needs.

This report in particular, details the memory utilization on each machine. From this data, we know which computers require more memory or need general clean up to maintain speed and  functionality.

Client Hardware Inventory Report

Upon installation of the Managed Services program, we prepare a network audit of all computers, laptops, printers and servers in the environment. This allows us to determine replacement dates, contact manufacturer support, and confirm if various applications will be compatible on the environment. This report is updated and sent to clients quarterly.

Monitoring Dashboard - NOC View

This screenshot of our monitoring dashboard provides a compilation of any critical issues that need to be addressed in all of our client's environments. By taking immediate action, we can usually prevent a catastrophe such as a server crash or data loss.

Monitoring Dashboard - All Devices View

This is a screenshot of our monitoring dashboard. We can view the live status of every computer. If a computer shuts down or is unresponsive, we are automatically notified of the issue.
