With over 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Chris has worked in a variety of customer support roles with Darice, MCPc, and MetroHealth Hospital. He has worked in numerous positions to include call centers, field support, operations in tier I/II/III and holds A+, Net +, ITIL as well as individual hardware certifications.
When Chris finds spare time you can find him in WNY with his twin girls, kayaking, waterskiing, reading, and watching any movie that has an Avenger in it.
