Joseph S. Marquette
Chief Executive Officer
Passionate about friends, family, music and technology, Joe has taken Accellis from being an idea hatched in a basement many years ago to being a nationally recognized leader in the professional services IT world.
A graduate of the University of Illinois, Joe has spent nearly 25 years cultivating the skills necessary to build a successful consulting organization including roles as the Chief Technology Officer for publicly traded Internet Company, Vice-President of Consulting services for a national technology consulting firm, President of a regional technology firm, and now founder of Accellis Technology Group.
Joe’s goals for Accellis include business expansion to other geographic markets, greater breadth of services for the company, and staying surrounded by smart, passionate people that are driven to succeed. “We’re a better company today than we were 6 months ago and we’ll be better 6 months from now than we are today!”

With nearly a quarter century of experience in the IT industry, Brian is responsible for the overall operations and service delivery at Accellis. A results-oriented leader, Brian brings an unmatched wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
Prior to joining Accellis, Brian held leadership positions with national and regional IT consulting firms. He’s managed hundreds of IT projects, including several larger platform and infrastructure projects and a multi-million dollar virtualization and datacenter migration project for a major law firm. Brian also has extensive experience in strategic planning.
A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Brian believes that IT should be seen as an asset, rather than an expense – that technology solves problems and makes organizations more efficient and effective. He is an active community member and enjoys spending time with his family in Lakewood.

Thomas Fazio
Director of Cybersecurity
Tom Fazio was CEO of his consulting business Big Mountain Technology located in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. In a ten-year span since its inception, he grew the business to more than a dozen clients, with monthly MSP contracts. He employed up to 4 full-time technicians.
From his beginnings in IT in 1996, Tom has progressed rapidly from designing and setting up his first Novell server on a BNC file-sharing network. In 1998 Tom joined Netnowledge Inc (later re-named Thinsolutions), as a senior technician, where he helped the company change direction from traditional consulting to an Application Service Provider (ASP).
In 2000, Tom joined Capstone Realty Advisors as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), where he remained for eight years, eventually providing – with the assistance of just one colleague – total IT support for 16 servers, six branch offices and a total of 85 employees.
In 2008 Capstone was closed down by its new owner PNC. Tom decided to use his experience and expertise, supported by his severance package, to set up and build his own consulting business. Big Mountain Technology was the eminently successful result before merging with Accellis.
Tom has an in-depth understanding of program and business process trends and issues, can identify the practical implications of new technologies, and can relate system capabilities to business and program goals.
When not working, Tom enjoys spending time with his family in Chagrin Falls and listening to his extensive collection of music.
